What is your cancellation policy?

We understand things happen, and to protect the integrity of our services and staff scheduling, udånder maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. To avoid the full charge of your booked service(s), we kindly ask guests to reschedule or cancel outside of the 24-hour window. Please note that both rescheduling within 24 hours and no-showing are considered a cancellation and are subject to the full cost of service and will be charged to the card on file. Thank you for understanding and respecting our staff's time!

How do I book an appointment?

My friends want to come with me. Can we book treatments at the same time?

We would be delighted to accommodate your group! Please contact our wellness team at 405.849.9699, and we will thoughtfully arrange a time that works beautifully for everyone.

We will need the following details for each new guest: first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Prior to your visit, each guest will be required to complete a brief Client Intake Form and Waiver to ensure we can provide the most nurturing and safe experience possible.

How long will my appointment take?

We understand that wellness should align harmoniously with your schedule. Treatment durations vary by service and are detailed in each service description. To ensure a seamless experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to settle into the udånder atmosphere. You'll receive an email with your treatment waiver to complete prior to your visit, allowing your time with us to focus entirely on restoration and renewal.

I'm running late, can I still make my appointment?

We understand that life happens and we will work to accommodate you by prioritizing your appointment for the next available opening or arranging a new time that suits you.

If you're running late, please call us at 405.849.9699. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to our full cancellation policy fee.

Do you take walk-ins?

You’re welcome to drop in anytime. However, we recommend calling ahead of time or booking in advance to ensure availability as our books can fill up weeks in advance.

Can I book more than one treatment during a single visit?

Of course! Please note that due to our staff's prep needs between appointments, your booking time may appear longer than your true appointment time. Rest assured that your appointment (60 min facial) will be a 60 minute appointment, despite seeing a longer appointment time of 75-90 minutes. This time is built into our booking system to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all.

I'm pregnant, can I still receive services?

Congratulations! We're delighted to help you enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating spa experience during this special time.

For those in their first trimester, we recommend our soothing facial treatments, which provide a wonderful opportunity to relax and unwind. If you're past your first trimester (13 weeks), our specialized Prenatal Massage offers gentle, therapeutic relaxation designed specifically for pregnancy wellness.

Please be aware that our massage services are available only after the 13-week mark, and for your safety and comfort, we advise against our Steam and Sauna Lounge throughout all stages of pregnancy.

What should I avoid before my facial?

Please avoid retinoids, glycolic or salicylic use, chemical peels or other facial lasers for at least two weeks before your treatment. Botox or dermal fillers should also be avoided for at least two weeks before your treatment. Isotretinoin treatment or drugs in a similar class (i.e Accutane) should not have been taken within the last 12 months. Avoid skin recovering from a cosmetic procedure.

Men: We ask that you refrain from facial shaving 5 days prior to your treatment.

What are your hours?

Our Nichols Hills location is open 7 days/week: Monday - Saturday: 9:00a - 6:00p, Sunday: 12:00p - 4:00p

Our Downtown location is open 6 days/week: Monday: 10:00a - 4:00p, Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00a - 6:00p, Sunday: CLOSED

When will my credit card be charged?

All bookings require a valid credit card to hold your service. This card will be charged in the case of a late cancellation. You will have the option to pay via a different payment method or gift card as well as add a tip for your provider following your appointment.

Why do you require a credit card at the time of booking?

We require your credit card information to hold your appointment and in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. You may still pay with a gift card. If you wish to do so, please let us know when you check out. Your card on file will be charged in the event of a No-Show or Cancellation that falls within our 24-hour policy.

Can I host an event at udånder?

Yes, we would love to host your event. Please email our Guest Concierge Team and they will direct you to the appropriate person.
